1. Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-day refund period. You may request a full refund within 15 days from the date of purchase. Once your request is received and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.

Please note that after the 15-day refund period, no refunds will be issued.

2. Voucher Validity
Vouchers purchased from Paradiso on the Forest are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. After this period, the voucher will expire, and it can no longer be redeemed. We recommend redeeming your voucher within the validity period to avoid expiration.

3. Returns
